About Linux XP

Linux XP is a new linux distribution. Currently, the project in its ALPHA version. The main idea of Linux XP is to provide people who never tried linux before with an easy-to-use linux distribution without the hassle of re-partioning their HD and going thru complicated processes of configuring their H/W. It's based on the LFS project. XFREE86 4.1.0 and KDE 2.2 were added. Other open source projects were used like ALSA and Linmodems. Linux XP is independent on any other linux distribution. Linux XP is to have many features that no other linux distribution in the world market today has.
